These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hmm77 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming platform operating at hmm77.org.

Your access to and use of the hmm77 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services is subject to your full acceptance of these Terms. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the hmm77 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration you are required to supply accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. hmm77 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Any material inaccuracy in registration information may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hmm77 account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hmm77 support immediately via live chat.

By registering with hmm77 you consent to receive transactional communications relating to your account activity, security alerts, and platform updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings. Transactional and security communications cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the operation of your account.

All deposits and withdrawals on the hmm77 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). hmm77 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash Deposit.

Deposits are credited to your hmm77 account upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. hmm77 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond hmm77's control.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be reversed. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours and may take longer. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. hmm77 does not charge withdrawal fees; the full requested amount (subject to applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits) will be transferred to your designated payment method.

Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your hmm77 account. Any withdrawal request to a third-party account will be declined and may trigger a compliance review of your account.

hmm77 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of AML verification. Funds that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be withheld in accordance with regulatory requirements and reported to relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by hmm77 carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements; bets placed with bonus funds count at rates specified per game category.

hmm77 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; colluding with other players to exploit promotions; and claiming bonuses using payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and the account suspended or permanently closed.

All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed from your account upon expiry of the stated bonus period without compensation.

All games available on the hmm77 platform — including slots, live casino tables, cricket betting markets, jackpot games, and Midas Fortune titles — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface and on the relevant game information pages.

hmm77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed: (a) after the outcome of the relevant event was determined; (b) due to a technical malfunction or software error; (c) at odds or stakes that were published in error; or (d) in circumstances where the bet constitutes a clear exploitation of a pricing or technical error. In all such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

RNG systems are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories to ensure game fairness and compliance with international standards. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hmm77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.

hmm77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory instruction or court order.
• The account being unused and dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Player self-exclusion request activated through the Responsible Gaming tools.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. In the event of closure for any other reason, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting hmm77 customer support via live chat. All withdrawal requests must be submitted and processed before closure is finalised.

hmm77 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms you also accept the hmm77 Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and payment processing is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have consented) marketing communications. hmm77 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds, to ensure player fund security regardless of platform operations.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hmm77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, redistribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of any platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any platform software; or scraping or automated collection of platform data.

Any unauthorised use of hmm77 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hmm77's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hmm77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any technical interruptions, server downtime, or platform unavailability that prevents access to games or markets.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Any losses arising from events outside hmm77's reasonable control, including network failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.

hmm77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available directly within their account dashboard.

Available self-service responsible gaming tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; session time duration reminders; reality checks; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion. Changes that restrict play take effect immediately; changes that increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Your continued use of the hmm77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hmm77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hmm77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

hmm77 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving payment verification or regulatory matters may take longer. All complaints are logged, tracked, and responded to in writing.

If a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily through hmm77's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under hmm77's international gaming licence.
